Cost: $3,100 (includes airfare, train passes, lodging and meals.)

Requirements:
- WINGS exchange students must attend at least one Rotary meeting before departure. Click here for a list of club meeting locations and times. Please print the form prior to meeting for completion.
- WINGS exchange students must learn basic phrases in Japanese such as "how are you" "thank you" "Good to meet you" "hello" and "goodbye" and other similar phrases.
- Must have a valid passport
Deadline for Outbound WINGS applicants: December 1, 2027
Deadline for Team Leader applicants: October 1, 2027
2026 dates for OUTBOUND WINGS:
May 25-June 9, 2026
2027 dates for INBOUND WINGS:
