 tices\; transportation\, overnight and travel scenarios\; medical releases
  and emergency/crisis planning. \n\n&bull\; Electronic and social-media sa
 fety\, photography/communication guidelines\, and safeguarding during virt
 ual or hybrid events. \n\n&bull\; Program-specific expectations for Intera
 ct\, Youth Exchange\, RYLA\, and other youth initiatives\, including scree
 ning (applications\, background and reference checks) and required trainin
 gs. \n\nWho should attend: Club presidents and officers\, Youth Service ch
 airs\, Interact/RYLA/Youth Exchange leads and counselors\, event/day-of vo
 lunteers\, and any Rotarian who may have contact with youth at Rotary-spon
 sored activities. District Leadership will conduct the training. \n\nWe lo
