The Cushing Rotary Club recently completed another project at Cushing’s Rotary Park. Decorative trash cans were provided by a grant from the City of Cushing. Rotarian Dale Dowell enlisted a local construction company to donate the concrete pads for the trash cans. Dale then secured them to these foundations. Four lovely trash receptacles have been added to the park due to a community working together.
Another event that Cushing Rotarians are looking forward to is a Christmas party to be held at Godofredo's a new restaurant in Cushing. This popular venue was opened by one of our own, Geoffrey Beasley. The party to be held on December 8th promises to allow our club members and their spouses to enjoy an evening of delicious food, fellowship, and other festivities. When Rotarians meet for any reason, memories are made. The joy of the holiday season will make this a memorable event.
