My Fellow Rotarians,

The new Rotary year is here, and I am humbled and honored to be serving as your District Governor. As I’m sure you are tired of hearing, last year was not easy for anyone and maintaining connections in social circles took an effort that many of us just didn’t have in the tank. That said, looking back at the newsletters from last year and the Rotarians that took the time to share on social media, I am reminded why this is the organization I choose to align with. Where some see adversity and run, Rotarians come to the table with solutions and continue to make a positive impact in our communities and the world.

This year, the Rotary theme is, “Serve to Change Lives”. I think we can safely say that there’s a life you’ve touched as part of your service that has made a difference, and once you’ve experienced that difference, you want to put it on repeat. I want to encourage each of you to project publicly the service you perform daily and let the world know the impact you’re making. It’s admiral to work in the shadows, but in today’s environment good works and good news is good for the soul. We need it. Let’s feed the soul through Rotary and overflow into our communities.

Thank you for your service, thank you for your commitment to Rotary, and thank you for being you.

Cheers to a great year, Action!

Matt Tipton
District Governor 2021-2022

If you are wanting to find out more about what that entails, please email Jonna Herbert at jonna@theanalystministries.us.
