On Veterans' Day, Midwest City entered its annual float in the Veterans' Day Parade.  Veterans, club members, and seventeen Jr. Rotarians participated in the parade in spite of the cold weather and bitter wind from the North.  Hot coffee and doughnuts were provided by Chili McQuillar and our club president pulled the float behind his truck.

Veterans Bruce Ewing, Oscar Womack, Mr.and Mrs. Ulloa, Keith Endsley, and James McQuillar rode the Midwest City Rotary Club float or walked during the parade.  Our club president and past club president participated in the parade along with seventeen Jr. Rotarians from Carl Albert High School.

Oscar Womack shared some of the histories of the brave Tuskegee Aviators (The Red Tails) who fought aerial battles during WWII.  There was actually a Red Tail flyover during the Veterans' Day Parade.
