July was a busy month for the Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary. Checks were delivered to The Homeless Alliance and The Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools for $6,700.00 and $14,852.00 respectively. Donations have continued in August as the Midtown Rotary leadership recently presented a check to Her Flag, a nationwide art and travel project created by Oklahoma artist Marilyn Artus. Members and guests have stayed busy with a variety of pandemic-friendly volunteering opportunities, serving breakfast and lunch at the Homeless Alliance as well as packing grocery and hygiene bags. Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary is excited to continue finding innovative ways to serve the community and stay connected throughout this pandemic.
