Do you know a peacemaker in your community? Someone who works to build community, solve local problems, expand opportunities through cooperation? Your club can recognize them with a Rotary Peace Fellowship nomination!
Rotary awards up to 130 Rotary Peace Fellowships each year to non-Rotary community leaders from around the world. The Fellows pursue a master’s degree or professional certification at one of five Rotary Peace Centers.

The fellowship covers all tuition and fees, room and board, transportation, and study related expenses.  There is no cost to clubs or the district for participation in the fellowship program.

Since the program began in 2002, Rotary has created a legacy of more than 1,500 fellows now working for change in over 115 countries.

Now is the time to talk with potential candidates in your club’s community. Applications open in February for the 2023 Rotary Peace Fellowship. Information about the program and applicant qualifications is available here

The District Rotary Peace Fellowship Subcommittee will assist candidates your club identifies with the application process.
Please contact Steve Shepelwich, District Rotary Peace Fellowship Subcommittee Chair, at shepelwich@gmail.com for more information on the fellowships and how to get involved.
