Ponca City Rotary has had an exciting few weeks. On August 28th we dedicated the Rotary Garden at the Golden Villa Adult Day Care Center. This was a district grant project that was started pre-COVID. Four years and 5 presidents later, it's finished. It was a big project and we are so thankful for the district grant that made it possible.-
