At a recent meeting, we learned a bit more about each other with “bring your favorite hat to Rotary day!” Our friend Allie E. Burgin’s favorite hat: US Navy Shellback hat!! Few get to cross the Equator in a warship! Allie did just that in 1962 Maiden Voyage of USS Kitty Hawk Nuclear Air Craft Carrier!! WOW! How cool!!
