On March 13th, the West OKC Rotary Club gathered for a special celebration. The club was abuzz with excitement as they prepared to honor the February Teacher and Student of the Month from the Western Heights School District. It was a momentous occasion for the members, who took great pride in recognizing the exceptional talents and dedication of these individuals.
 
As the awards were presented, the room erupted in applause and cheers. The West OKC Rotary Club members felt a deep sense of satisfaction in knowing that they played a role in appreciating and honoring the hard work of these deserving individuals.
 
In addition to recognizing the Teacher and Student of the Month, the club also welcomed new members with open arms. Two out of the six new members were inducted on this special day, adding fresh perspectives and energy to the club. One of the highlights of February was the Annual Membership Drive, during which the club accepted six new members. Additionally, a veteran Rotarian rejoined the club, bringing with them a wealth of experience and dedication to service.
 
The celebration was a true testament to the spirit of community and collaboration that the West OKC Rotary Club embodied. The members knew that their work in recognizing students and educators in the Western Heights School District was making a positive impact and they were excited to continue their mission of service and recognition in the future. As the day came to a close, the club members felt a renewed sense of purpose and unity, knowing that together, they could achieve great things for their community.
