The West OKC Rotary Club enjoyed a surprise visit by Rotary District 5750's Immediate Past District Governor, Deena Fisher, at their November 15th meeting. It was truly an honor to have her present the PAUL Harris 100% Banner to the club.
The real highlight of the afternoon, however, was the celebration of the October Teacher and Student of the Month for the Western Heights School. They were thrilled to have Fisher as a co-presenter for these prestigious awards. Her passion for education shone through as she not only graciously presented the awards but also made a lasting impression on the guests from the Western Heights School District.
Deena's presence added an extra layer of significance and joy to the Teacher and Student of the Month Award Ceremony. The recipients, their families, and everyone in attendance were truly touched by her kindness and dedication to education. Her involvement made it a truly unforgettable experience.
