The District has worked out an agreement with Camp Twin Cedars to have exclusive use of the Modern Cabins at the Camp. This gives us up to 94 beds available.
We will be capping Campers at 50-55, depending on the mix of Girls and Boys.
The cost for Campers is $675.00. The cost for Trailblazers is $350.00
Different this year is that Camp Twin Cedars will be furnishing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. 4th meal will be the District’s/Club’s responsibility. More on that later.
If your Club already knows how many Campers and/or Trailblazer the Club wants to sponsor, please IMMEDIATELY send your commitment to:
Also, please share this information with your Club members and ask them to consider personally sponsoring an undesignated camper. Members can also contact Chuck
directly.
Clubs we do not hear from will be contacted by Bridget, Chuck or a member of the RYLA Team.
IMPORTANT: All sponsorships must be guaranteed and prepaid. The District is contractually responsible for 50 Campers and 10 Trailblazers.
When a Club indicates that it will sponsor some number of Campers, a sponsorship agreement will be sent to the club for the Club President’s signature. The agreement
simply states that the Club is agreeing to sponsor “x” number of campers and/or trailblazers and that the Club understands that it must pay for the sponsorship regardless of whether or not prospective campers from their community or area apply.

Once the agreement is in place, the Club will be billed for the sponsorships that were indicated. If, for some reason a Club is unable identify campers for the Club to sponsor or prospective campers from its community don’t apply via online registration, the District will locate campers to attend as a Club’s candidate camper.
The Online Registration link can be found on the District Website. The easy way to direct campers to the link is to have them Google “Rotary District 5750 RYLA”. This link should be live shortly.
YES, the Chili Challenge will be an evening feature at the Camp.
