2023-2024 district conference

Choctaw resort, durant, OK

Announcing Pre-registration for the 2024 District Conference at the
Only Six Diamond Resort in Oklahoma

The District Governors from 5750, 5830 and 5770 recently came to Durant to have a planning meeting for our joint District Conference. We are excited to be able to hold the Conference together. We are planning a time of fun, food, and fellowship.

Friday Evening Fish Fry
We will have Live Music at our reception on Friday night at Lost Street Brewery in downtown Durant. We'll have a 10,000 sq ft warehouse all to ourselves. We'll have a fish fry and play corn hole. We'll have tables set up for board games, dominoes or card games. You might even want to get out on the dance floor!

If you have special dietary needs, please let me know and I will make sure to have something prepared for you not only for the reception but for the conference as well.

Hotel Room Blocks
We were able to get the deadline extended for signing a contract with the Choctaw Resort. We need an approximate room count by Dec 31, 2023. This does not lock you in if you tell me you want to reserve a room. I know this is early and things may change before April. We do not want to book too many rooms or too few rooms.

PLEASE CLICK YOUR DISTRICT BELOW TO REGISTER AND LET US KNOW WHAT TYPE OF ROOM TO RESERVE FOR YOU!

Agenda
Below is the preliminary agenda and the rates for the motels that are available as well as the costs for the reception, the conference which includes the Foundation Dinner, or just the Foundation Dinner.

Costs
The Friday Night Fish Fry is a $30 add on and not included in any other package.  The District will pay for the Rotarian's fee for the Foundation Dinner or the Full Registration (including Foundation Dinner but Excluding Fish Fry).  The cost for a non-Rotarian is $150 for the Full Registration or $55 for the Foundation Dinner only.

I am looking forward to a great time at our "Hope in the Heartland" Conference!
